EE Language Pack: Indonesian

by Thomas Arie Setiawan — March 23, 2006

I spent an hour or two in the last few days with Expression Engine -- in the Translation Utility page. ;)

The result, Indonesian Language Pack for ExpressionEngine. I have installed the language pack for Weblogs.or.id.

Of course, it is not perfect. I will try to keep it updated. This language pack only works for the ExpressionEngine (control panel), not the forum. Why? The answer is quite simple: because I haven't purchase the license for forum module. Psstt... my EE license used for Weblogs.or.id is expired too...

Later, when there is a new upgrade, I think I will upgrade it. And when having enough budget, I hope I can purchase the forum module (and make the translation).

Anyway, creating translation for pMachine products (at least in my experience making translation for ExpressionEngine and pMachine -- what? pMachine? Yes, I also made the translation for pMachine Pro too), is quite easy. The method (interface) helps the translators alot. Try to go in the translation utility, and I am sure you know what I mean.

Okey, stop talking now. When the language pack received by pMachine, I will tell you more. And, thank you pMachine!
