Right now, we're working on a gallery album site. Our client wants to have a photo gallery for her site. There are many great gallery scripts like Gallery Menalto, 4Images, and Coopermine. Every software has its own great features. After having discussion with our client, we decided not to use one of those options. We choose WordPress.

Website that has membership feature will have (should!) have this feature. In most cases, the mechanisms are almost the same.

Previously, I talked a little bit about i-teve. Now, allow me to share a little bit more about some technical stuff. I already mentioned that we decided to use WordPress. The first reason was that because everything -- in this case, i-teve -- can be accomodated by WordPress.

Congratulation for the newly launch video-based site: i-teve! No, I'm not talking about new video sharing provider -- in Indonesia. i-teve is an Indonesia-based site crafted by Budi Putra and Elprisdat M. Zen. My involvement is to provide support for technical aspects. One of them is building the site.

I am working on a new WordPress Theme right now. It's The Shamrock and the Bird. When I started making this theme, it was based on WordPress 2.6. But, because WordPress 2.7 is already available, I decided to make some changes. Here is a screenshot.

Selama hampir setahun menggunakan theme yang sama untuk cinila.com, Wordpress (blogtool yang saya gunakan) tidak berhenti berkembang. After being with Movable Type for the last three -- or longer, I think -- I decided to move to other platform. Now, my blog (not this blog!) is powered by WordPress. That's our first news. :)

Akhir pekan lalu, Orangescale membantu migrasi forum Fashionese Daily dari aplikasi MyBulletinBoard (MyBB) ke aplikasi forum vBulletin. Proses ini sebagai tindak lanjut bahwa forum yang sebelumnya digunakan dirasa kurang memadai dengan makin berkembangnya komunitas Fashionese Daily.

A-not-easy-to-answer question. Seriuosly. But, if we have to answer that question, there are two blogging platforms come to our mind: WordPress and Movable Type. Not only because those are our favorite platforms, but also those are platforms we're familiar with.
